Photography
Professional event photographers will be taking your photo as you shake hands with MCC's President as you cross the stage. Please stop and pose for photographer.
There is no area close to the stage for family to take pictures.
Photo cards will be distributed when you check in the night of the ceremony. If you want professional photos you must submit the photo card. If you're not sure, submit card anyway. The proof is free and there is no obligation to buy.
There is an area for family and friends to take pictures of you on the north side of the Kirk Student Center Lobby after the ceremony.
GradTrak will be photographing all graduates at the graduation ceremony. Visit their website at www.gradimages.com and click on the Pre-Event Email Registration. Enter your email and the email addresses of your loved ones who would like to view and order your photos. By submitting your information early, you can rest assured that picture proofs will be provided to you as soon as they are available after the event.

Video & DVD
You can purchase a video tape or DVD of the ceremony by contacting Media Services at 480-461-7687 and ask to speak with Ron Rangel or Kent Duffy or email them at: media@mcmail.maricopa.edu.
The cost is $10; please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Security & Safety Measures
- No weapons on campus
- No alcohol permitted on campus
- Guests and family members will not be permitted to congregate at the base of the stage
