What is e-Cashier?
e-Cashier is a payment plan to help you budget the cost of your tuition into your monthly expenses. This is not a loan program.
You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The cost to budget your interest-free monthly payment plan is a $20 per semester or $40 annual non-refundable NBS/FACTS Enrollment Fee.
