If you have been awarded Federal Work Study (FWS), come to the Career Center to view the current openings or click here. These are openings for Summer II 2009 and you may begin working immediately through August 6th. Some departments are also hiring for Fall. To see if you have an award, go to the on-line Student Center at my.maricopa.edu. See the FWS STUDENT CHECKLIST for new Fall procedures. Most jobs start at $7.50-$8.00 per hour. You may work up to 20 hours per week, depending on the amount of your award.
If you have not yet been hired for FALL Federal Work Study, attend the MCC Federal Work Study Job Fair on Thursday, July 23rd from 10:00am-12:00pm in the Navajo Room (Kirk Student Center). Meet hiring departments and supervisors, and get hired! Begin working on August 10th. If you are not available to attend this job fair, you can also view Fall FWS openings here (coming soon).
