CHM 090 Preparation for Fundamental Chemistry
Developmental course designed to review basic math and chemistry principles for students who are deficient or insecure in these areas. Stresses individualized instruction and "hands-on" experience. Serves to prepare the student for CHM130. Lecture (1 credit, 1 period)

CHM 091 Preparatory Chemistry
Review of basic concepts of chemistry emphasized in non- degree biology courses. Concepts of matter, energy, and chemical characteristics of atoms. Structure and function of inorganic and organic molecules. Lecture (0.5 credits, 0.5 periods)

CHM 095 Review of General Chemistry I
A brief review of CHM151 concepts and problem-solving techniques most directly applicable to CHM152 or CHM154 topics. Recommended for students with a "C" or below in CHM151, and/or more than a year time lapse between CHM151 and either CHM152 or CHM154. Lecture (1 credit, 1 period)

CHM151 and (MAT120, or MAT122, or equivalent).
